We are extremely proud of the high level of customer service and technical support that we provide to our customers, and constantly seek to raise the quality bar ever higher. We continually invest in our own internal education and training, with each technician receiving more than 60 hours of training each year. Our technicians are able to escalate particularly difficult incidents directly to our programming staff to speed resolution.
